WHO (L-R): Jack and
Louis Shannon
WHAT THEY DO: According to
Louis, "We work in whichever
medium best fits the art
we want to create and feels
natural for the project."
WHAT THAT MEANS: Jack,
17, uses oil paints, graffiti
markers and ceramics with
playfully engaging results.
Louis, 19, likes to "hack found
bootleg electronic toys
from Chinatown to make
sound pieces."
POP ART: With their Luck You
Collective (co-founded with
artist India Menuez), they
have curated pop-up shows
over the last two years.
NEXT UP: They plan to
share their basement studio
in Chinatown with
the local community and
eventually build it into a
gallery-workspace.
WHAT THEY WEAR: Jack wears a
jacket and shirt by Adam
Kimmel. Louis wears a
suit and polo shirt by Band
of Outsiders.
