Last night, the fashion and art crowds went uptown to celebrate the Guggenheim Museum’s annual international gala, made possible by Dior. The night before, the museum hosted a pre-party, which saw an epic performance by The xx and the rotunda of the iconic Frank Lloyd Wright building transformed by Otto Piene’s White Balloon, which changed color every few seconds to illuminate digital slides that reinterpreted the artist’s 1966-67 series, “Proliferation of the Sun.” Throughout the two-day extravaganza, the museum played hosts to guests like models Jordan Dunn, Karlie Kloss, Hanne Gaby, and Contance Jablonski; rapper A$AP Rocky; actresses Marion Cotillard and Camilla Belle; a very cleaned up Lolawolf frontwoman, Zoe Kravitz (who we spotted wearing a blue and white Dior deep V-neck suit with her long Janet Jackson “Poetic Justice” braids pulled back); and, of course, Dior's Raf Simons. Take a peek at the photos from the glamorous nights, below.
