"A Celebration of the Legendary Don Hill" Will Re-Create SqueezeBox For One Night Only

Have you gotten your tickets yet for "A Celebration of the Legendary Don Hill," an evening of music and revelry and in honor of the late great nightlife icon Mr. Hill who passed away last year, taking place Dec. 15th at Irving Plaza?! Well, do so now: David Johansen, Richard ButlerRoyston Langdon, Jesse Malin, Bebe Buell, Dick Manitoba, Lenny Kaye, The Toilet Boys, among others, will be performing, and the grand finale will feature a one-night-only recreation of Michael Schmidt's infamous and truly debauched SqueezeBox parties, which defined going out in downtown New York during the '90s, featuring Jayne County, Miss Guy, Mistress Formika and many others. Hill's longtime friend Trigger has organized the event, which will also feature one-of-a-kind T-shirts available for purchase, with photographer Bob Gruen's photo of Don Hill on the front and the evening's line up on the back.
