Screen Shot 2014-01-21 at 1.16.00 PM.pngEven if, like us, you only go to Super Bowl parties for the chips and dip(s), chances are you're familiar with one of the Top 5 Best Joke Raps of All Time: The Super Bowl Shuffle. Originally created by the Super Bowl-winning 1985 Chicago Bears, there's a new Pitchfork-y cover featuring the likes of My Morning Jacket's Jim James, Les Savy Fav's Tim Harrington, comedians David Wain and Dave Hill and Grumpy Cat rival, Lil Bub. Conceived by radio host Sean Cannon, the track will go on sale as a 7" with proceeds going to support the charity Reading Is Fundamental. And though these beardos aren't anything like the original Shufflin' Crew, the recording is still pretty damn great. You can listen to the cover and reminisce over the original, below.
