Our annual April Beautiful People Issue, celebrating a cavalcade of cuties to watch in different disciplines, has been such a sensation we've decided to showcase noteworthy movers and shakers all-year round on Papermag.com. We kicked things off in the city of Angels, and will be posting an L.A.-based Beautiful Person a-day for the next few weeks.Justin Time and Vally Girl are the co-owners of L.A. boutique and "fashion gallery" Freak City -- a five-story multipurpose space that's become a hotbed for the city's underground nightlife, fashion and art scenes. Freak City's cuckoo parties have been graced by Diplo, Kreayshawn, Lil B, Peaches, RiFF RAFF and M.I.A., their compilation records sell like hotcakes and the custom "NU ghetto" clothes they create are wild enough to make the most seasoned club kid week in the knees.
