Fun was in the air at Mark McNairy's menswear/womenswear show today, with a couple celebs including Gabrielle Union and Rachel Roy in the midst. The real show-stealer, though, was Danny Brown, who closed the show wearing a cowboy hat, a gold metallic blazer and shorts (the MC also appeared in the designer's lookbook, which you can scope out HERE). We had the chance to talk with the Brown about life post-Gathering of the Juggalos, the worst dressed politicians and what trend he'd like to see fall by the wayside. Read on.

How's life after the Gathering of the Juggalos?

I guess my life's been changed after seeing that! I mean, I can stomach a lot more after seeing that! I wanna go back for sure though, without cameras.

I guess the cameras must've been a distraction.

Yeah! I couldn't really do what I wanted to do. It was nasty out there, you know? I wanted to have more fun!

What made you decide to walk in the McNairy show?

He asked me and I couldn't say no to this!

Are you planning to take your outfit home?

Yeah! I think I'll just wear that to the grocery or market or something, buy some cantaloupe and shit in the gold blazer. Check out some cantaloupe, you know what I'm saying? [Laughs.]

Are you starring in any other shows this week?

Naw, this is it! I don't think I'm a model! This was kinda goofy for me.

What's the first item of clothing you'd grab in a fire?

I guess some drawers, man. I don't know anybody who likes freeballin'! [Ed. note: Uh, we do.] Gotta get some drawers, man. Some nice Calvin Kleins.

Who do you think are the best and worst-dressed politicians?

I don't know any politicians! I guess Kwame Kilpatrick would be both. Still rollin' with that -- he's the best dressed and the worst dressed at the same time; he'll wear like pimp suits and shit. But he's not even a politician any more! He's in jail and shit. He's over.

Is there any trend you'd like to see die?
 
True Religion [jeans]. You can kill that one and we'd be happier without them.
