4. A restaurant owner in London has slapped a £90,000 ($140,400) bill on Mayor Boris Johnson, asking him to pay her for profit losses she's incurred during the Olympics. Apparently the tourist boom never came (or at least not to her resto) and all of the bankers, lawyers and accountants who are her regular customers have been working from home, trying to avoid these supposed (and maybe non-existent) tourist hoards.
