Welcome to Trailer Trash, highlighting the best, worst and so-so in movie trailers.

We were already very excited for Cloud Atlas, a film adaptation of David Mitchell's novel of the same name that we read cover-to-cover, and now we can get even more excited! The first trailer leaked, and it clocks in at lengthy six minutes. The movie has a star-studded cast, including Halle Berry, Tom Hanks, Hugh Grant, hunky Ben Whishaw and Susan Sarandon and, like the book, the trailer focuses on intertwined human experiences across time and space. Six minutes is the equivalent to a 12-part PBS series in online time, but we promise you can get through it. Check it out above. It's out October 26th.
