Olympics 2012: Our Favorite Athlete Instagrams Thus Far

The last time the world gathered for the Olympics in Beijing in 2008, we had to settle for watching the games on TV or reading updates on the Internet, deprived as we were of seeing glorious, sepia-tinged, filtered photos posted on Instagram. (For that matter, there wasn't even much action on Twitter -- Ashton Kutcher didn't even have one million followers yet in 2008!) Now, four years later, thanks to the photo-sharing app, we can see everything from sleeping basketball players to grimy athlete apartments in the Olympic Village. Here are some of our favorite things we learned from Instagram pics taken by everyone from LeBron James to Jordyn Wieber to Natalie Coughlin. Read on.
