When we wrote about  Cheynne Jackson in our Summer Music Issue, we didn't realize that his songs would be quite this infectious, with a heaping dose of good ol' fashioned nostalgia thrown in for good measure. The video for "Before You" takes us through Jackson's character proposing to his girlfriend, announcing it to his family -- Rachel Dratch plays his fiancée's mother while dressed in a Downton Abbey-ish costume! -- having some doubts and...well, you'll see. And while we were half expecting the video to have a "Call Me Maybe"-esque gay twist (after all, Jackson got married to longtime boyfriend Monte Lapka last year), we still got misty at the end.
