Here at PAPERMAG, we've been pretty rabid about following all of the latest CBGB news, including the club's re-opening, a forthcoming film and, last but not least, a music festival taking place this summer from July 5-8.  The four-day fest will bring over 300 bands to a variety of venues but we're most stoked about the show at Central Park SummerStage, which features Guided By Voices, The Pains of Being Pure at Heart, Cloud Nothings and The War on Drugs.  Since we're predicting this free show will attract crowds as large and admission lines as long as the ones you find waiting for the Superman rollercoaster at Six Flags, we're giving away a pair of "cut-the-line" VIP passes to catch the action at SummerStage.  The concert takes place on July 7th, from 3pm-7pm.
