Our friends over at Curbed did some sleuthing and pointed out that a gorgeous garden-level co-op apartment recently put on the market for $1.7 million belongs to none other than ChloĆ« Sevigny (who, it should be noted, recently let New York Magazine scope out her digs).  Sevigny's pad has been completely re-done to resemble a New England seaside abode (she even plastered over the exposed brick walls so she could hang her art).  Other features include a beamed ceiling, a private garden, built-in bookshelves and several fireplaces.  Check out photos of the stunning space below and, if you're in the market for a new place...
