Word of Mouth
morphsuits.jpgWhen The New Yorker covered the latest new travel destination for Britain's 24-hour party people, they casually dropped the word "Morphsuit" and we had to pause. What's a Morphsuit? While we had seen the polyester/Lycra one-piece bodysuits around during Halloween, we didn't realize that for some crazy kids it's year-round wear or that it was a brand name. The Morphsuit was invented by three Scottish entrepreneurs in 2009 and now their little company expects to gross almost $10 million this year. Demand for the "suits" reached such a frenzy that when U.S. outlet Party City ordered 100,000, the company had to borrow $1 million to fulfill the order. We're going to snag one and then try to convince Mr. Mickey to try it on.  BTW: The party destination is Porec, Croatia.
