Flo Rida was ordered to pay $80,000 in damages because he failed to appear at an Australian music festival in 2011. The Sydney Morning Herald reported that two hours before the concert, the rapper "threw a hissy fit (and) was not happy with his local hotel accommodation."  Not one to hold a grudge, however, Flo Rida yesterday allowed an Australian radio station to be the first to play, "Whistle," a song about his penis from an album due out this summer.
