He fronted the house band at The Cotton Club.  He sang duets with Al Jolson.  He even invented the moonwalk. Big-band leader Cab Calloway also recorded "Reefer Man," an ode to the stupid stuff you say when you're stoned, that we're making today's oldie-but-goodie video in honor of 4/20.  So, how does one talk to the reefer man?  Trade him dimes for nickels and call watermelons pickle!
