Kevin Smith, aka Silent Bob, aka the filmmaker responsible for ClerksMallratsChasing Amy and Dogma, stops by Barnes & Noble to read from his new tome, Tough Sh*t: Life Advice from a Fat, Lazy Slob Who Did Good. In it, he doles out the life advice; like what Wayne Gretzky can teach us about creativity and direction, and why it's fun to eat but not so fun to be fat.

Blood Orange at Lit

Blood Orange, the new nom de band of former Test Icicles and Lightspeed Champion frontman Devonte Hynes, whom Daytrotter called "the backpack version of the Great Purple One," plays R&B-esque ballads off his Domino Records debut, Coastal Grooves. He's joined tonight by Rewards and Shuga at tonight's event which doubles as the stateside launch of Luv Luv Luv records.
