With Mad Men's fifth season premiering on Sunday, March 25th, we're continuing our feature looking back at the cast before they entered the doors of Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce. We already showed you clips from yesteryear of Christina Hendricks (Joan), Vincent Karthesier (Pete) and John Slattery (Roger) and, next up, we've got January Jones. Before Jones donned hoop skirts and pearls as frustrated ice queen Betty Draper, she played a succession of feistier blondes: a crime moll in Bandits, a lesbian porn star in Anger Management and a flirtatious Wisconsinite in Love Actually. Click through to see these clips as well as Jones in projects that ranged from never-aired (MTV's Sorority pilot) to little-watched (thriller Taboo).
Sorority (MTV Unaired Pilot), 1999
If you've been keeping up with our Before They Were Mad Men series (we've already dug up old-school clips of Christina Hendricks, Vincent Kartheiser and John Slattery), you may have seen this clip before: January Jones' first pilot also featured Hendricks. The two play sisters in a bitchy sorority, one that we can imagine Betty Draper's granddaughter pledging. Jones appears at 1:22 and Hendricks at 5:47.

Bandits, 2001
Jones plays the girlfriend of Bruce Willis and Billy Bob Thornton's getaway driver, Harvey (played by Troy Garity). In this scene we see Jones in an EMT uniform alongside Garity and later sitting beside him on the couch...it's not much, but whatdya gonna do with copyright laws?
Taboo, 2002
In this little-known thriller, which also featured Eddie Kaye Thomas, Jones plays a prim young woman who plays a card-game called Taboo (not the family friendly board game) with her friends in a secluded mansion. Their secret demons and vices are revealed over time and a murder takes place.

American Wedding, 2003
In the third installment to the American Pie franchise, we see Jones playing Michelle's sister, Cadence Flaherty, and falling for the charms of resident goober, Stifler.
Anger Management, 2003
In this memorable scene from the Jack Nicholson-Adam Sandler flick, Jones and Krista Allen play porn star lovers who wind up in anger management sessions after a threesome goes awry. The couple then proceed to make out, much to delight of Luis Guzman, who's looking particularly fierce in a belly top and cornrows. Betty Draper, this is not.

Love Actually, 2003
Playing Jeannie, an "American Angel," Jones and her posse make quite the impression on Colin, a lovably dorky Brit who makes a visit to the States (a.k.a. Wisconsin) with the sole purpose of getting laid.
We Are Marshall, 2006
In the famous "We are Marshall" chanting scene we see Jones looking very Betty Draper-esque (1970s West Virginia = 1960s New York?) at 1:56 playing Carole Dawson, wife of Assistant Coach William "Red" Dawson (Matthew Fox).
