VPL Twists and Shouts

For her F/W 2012 VPL collection Victoria Bartlett presented a collection of her signature, color-blocked, avant garde, twisty and turny, body-hugging pieces -- ranging from the eminently wearable to the, well, less eminently wearable. Bartlett experimented with shiny, almost metallic fabrics, as well as some drapey batik pieces. But it was her insane and amazing spider-web-esque knit-wear -- most notably a cut-out, grey pair of wool overalls and a pair of puffy grey-knit shorts -- that struck our fancy.
