Kate Spade launched their Florence Broadhurst Pop-Up Shop Tour last night in the Meat Packing district, and dreamy trio the Vivian Girls were along for the ride. It was the VG's first show in almost six months and the crowd was a mix of the band's fans, as well as shoppers there to browse in the Spade shop. The pop-up was housed inside a converted tour bus parked to the side of the stage, selling items from the brand's Spring 2012, which is based on prints by wallpaper artist Florence Broadhurst. Also in the audience were some of the Vivian Girls' peers, including members of The Babies and Life Size Maps, who came out in support. The tour continues throughout the weekend in New York and then moves onto Los Angeles, Seattle and Austin for SXSW, with the Vivian Girls playing at every stop along the way.
