Midtown Manhattan may have a new uniform thanks to Tory Burch, high priestess to the ladies who lunch set. The socialite-cum-fashion designer-cum-megabrand has turned out a new collection for the sophisticated lady. Her collection featured buttoned-up looks and knee-length hems and her dresses and skirt suits were steady with her classics with a twist aesthetic.
