Skaist-Taylor: California Dreaming

Pamela Skaist-Levy and Gela Nash-Taylor, the founders of Juicy Couture, debuted their new line Skaist-Taylor Sunday with a left-coat-esque collection titled "California Eccentrics." Though paisley print blouses, flared trousers, peasant blouses and hot pants don't seem terribly kooky to us as far as L.A. fashion goes, the line was playful, young and made us want to go for a cruise down the Pacific Coast Highway.
