TITLE: Wall Dogs
MYBLOCK USER: Randy
LOCATION: Park Avenue South and 23rd St
DESCRIPTION FROM THE USER: This is time-lapse footage of a group of "wall dogs" (i.e., commercial billboard artists who paint on the sides of buildings) painting an advertisement for the movie Journey 2: The Mysterious Island. The location is in New York City near the corner of Park Avenue South and 23rd Street. The view is from our dining room window, and it seems like they change the advertisement about every other month or so. This footage was shot over 5 days, and you can estimate the time of day by watching the shadows move across the buildings. Enjoy!
