Sometimes we like to give ourselves a little pat on the back for writing about folks way-back-when before they go onto being megastars. Next week's release of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo got us thinking that we profiled both actress Noomi Rapace, the original Lisbeth Salandar in the Swedish adaptation of the film, in March of 2010, and Rooney Mara, the new Lisbeth in David Fincher's upcoming blockbuster, in January of 2010, when they were both just two unknown actresses with slightly funny names. How about that.
