It originally started as a convoluted and cockamamie musical in 1965, however the new production of On A Clear Day You Can See Forever attempts to update the storyline (a woman who has ESP and her reincarnated past life) for a 2011 audience by adding a gay character and a big band diva. We were hoping for a lively musical that skims the issue of gender politics and identity. What we got was something else. Whats not to love about Harry Connick Jr. and why wasn't Justin Bond or Joey Arias cast in the show? Watch our review to find out.
