Darren Aronofsky (Black Swan, The Wrestler, Requiem For a Dream) directed this black and white clip for "The View" from the roundly panned Metallica X Lou Reed album Lulu. The album was released this year on Halloween and is loosely based on the "Lulu" plays by the German playwright Frank Wedekind. (Fun fact: Wedekind's 1891 play Fruhlings Erwachen was adopted into the Broadway musical Spring Awakening.)
