Yesterday, in Los Angeles, Ruinart Champagne hosted a chic and intimate afternoon tea and auction at the London Hotel, with all proceeds benefiting the art non-profit The Art of Elysium. Guests were asked to wear "playful hats," and ten pieces of art, by ten emerging artists -- like Isaac Fortoul, Carrie Sunday, Kiki Valdes and Elijah Blue -- were auctioned off by Alexander Gilkes. Bold-faced-ers in attendance included Anne Hathaway and her beau Adam Shulman, ForYourArt's Bettina Korek, Decades' Cameron Silver and the Art of Elysium's Jennifer Howell.
