There's a buzz on Mayer Hawthorne and his new album, How Do You Do, out next week.  He's a cool L.A. cat with a retro sound that should appeal to fans of Fitz and the Tantrums while this video for "The Walk" is sure to appeal to action-movie buffs. It's an homage to Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's  Mr. & Mrs. Smith with tons of slow motion gun play and, while the bullets fly, the lyrics ("Walk your cold heart right out of my life.") take on a new meaning. Hawthorne is playing Terminal 5 on November 4 with Chromeo and BreakBot.
