Next Spring looks to be quite bright through Richard Chai s eyes; with pastels, minty greens and salmon tones scattered throughout muted tribal and floral prints.  Our favorite looks this morning, however, were those with pleated skirt-bibs attached to the front of pants. We'll just go ahead and coin them 'skants.'
