vera-wang-hannahb.jpgI was running late for Vera Wang, which is a common theme during Fashion Week, and I arrived just in time to have a little chat with PAPER's beloved Luigi Tadini, whom I was sitting next to.  Right before the show started Beyonce and Solange Knowles were ushered to their seats, and were right next to La La, Lauren Santo Domingo and Kim KardashianThe show was so sexy and feminine with the unique combo of bustier tops and long thin silky skirts (see photo at left).  The color palette was soft and yet the pop of colors like the yellows and greens really stood out -- not to mention the dope intricate heels.

As I was leaving the tents I ran into the one and only Waris Ahluwalia, whose jewelry line was being shown in collaboration with Circa.  The jewels looked beautiful. I asked him if I could borrow some things and he explained that Beyonce asked the same question and she was denied -- only cause they needed samples!

The Michael Kors show was so safari chic it was beyond. I was dressed in a colt blue dress of his, sitting next to Amanda Hearst.  The animal skin dresses, elongated gladiator sandals and oversized trenches were all so "easy chic" -- which is my motto!

Zani Gugelmann took me to the Chic Week Robert Verdi Retreat at Luxe Laboratory where I picked up a very cool Cynthia Rowley fix-it kit for fashion emergencies! So necessary!
