1. A 26-foot-tall bronze sculpture of an elephant standing on its trunk by Miquel Barcelo was unveiled today on the southeast corner of Union Square in New York City. The work is eerily similar to Daniel Furman's "Wursa" taxidermy/sculpture exhibited in Paris at the Palais de Tokyo in 2008.
