PAPERMAG: Pee Fights, Royal Canadian Legion Halls and Bears, Oh My! Hunx and His Punx at Sled Island

Hunx and His Punx played four shows lastweekend at Sled Island, a CMJ-type festival with performances scatteredthroughout various venues in downtown Calgary. The Hunx gigs were held in an array of unexpected settings, including astill-functioning Royal Canadian Legion Hall (their green room was theLadies Auxiliary Lounge), a restaurant (serving poutine, naturally), and a wild 3:30 am basement after-party.
