Today, AndrewAndrew give us two reviews from P.S.122's COIL Festival, Hello Hi There and Rabbi Rabino. Both left Andrews pretty much speechless. Hello Hi There features two laptop chat bots who converse using dialog from a 1971 debate between Noam Chomsky and Michel Foucault. What? Exactly. Rabbi Rabino features two actual rabbis, who aren't actors, having a discussion about Judaism as well as various irreverent topics. One Andrew called it "scripted ethnography" and the other said Judaism is "the Matthew-Barney-experimental-theater" of religion. What? Exactly.
