1. Flavor Flav is launching a vodka brand called Le Flav Spirits in January and also plans to open a fast-food restaurant called FFC (Flav's Fried Chicken).

2. Here's a list of (almost) all of the samples used by Kanye West on his new album.  We're sure that King Crimson, Mike Oldfield and The Turtles will be happy to accept the royalties.

3. Yes, that was Vampire Weekend's song "Holiday" used in the Tommy Hilfiger ad on Glee last night.

4. April Bloomfield, chef at The Breslin, is going to butcher a pig at the Levi's Photo Workshop (18 Wooster Street) tomorrow, November 20, from 5 to 7 p.m.  There'll also be a still-life photo class taught by Toby McFarlan Pond.

5. "Found" -- a big show of works by UK artist Hush -- opens tonight, November 19, 7 to 9 p.m., at the Angel Orensanz Foundation (172 Norfolk Street).  It's hosted by White Walls, Frank's Chop Shop and Samurai Sake.

6. Death of "the hipster" up-date: Alex Nazaryan thinks new Manhattan restaurant The Brooklyneer (220 West Houston Street) is the final nail in the coffin.

7. Tonight, occasional PAPER contributor Leon Neyfakh (who will be leaving his post at the Observer for the Boston Globe) hosts an installment of his popular web-themed reading series, "Refresh, Refresh, Refresh" at Happy Ending. Folks reading include Mina Kimes, Molly Lambert, Alex Pasternack, Zach Woolf, John Koblin and Alex Bleeker.
