PAPERMAG's resident Broadway critics AndrewAndrewstopped by two new hotly anticipated shows this week: Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson and La Bête. How'd they like Bloody Bloody? They were so gob-smacked by the production that they described it as being "thunderously encompassing." (Ed note: Somehow, we know exactly what this means!) According to AA, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson has stiff competition in David Hirson's La Bête, a "FFF: Fanciful, French, farce" starring Mark Rylance, David Hyde Pierce and Joanna Lumley. Like Bloody Bloody, the Andrews say the show is a "social critique with comedy at its heart" and predict Tonys for both Hyde Pierce and Rylance, whom they describe as being a perfect combination of "George W.
