Word of Mouth
The verdict on the SUNO presentation at Milk last night: I wanted everything. From the brand's signature playful prints, to the intricate beading and embroidery, to the white leather pieces that were laser-cut to look like lace... I couldn't get enough! What really piqued our interest, though, were the shoes, created in collaboration with the New York-based Loeffler Randall. There were two different styles, one flat sandal and one wooden platform wedge, that are made with SUNO's unique printed cotton canvas. These beauties will be available in February at Opening Ceremony and on Loeffler Randall's website. I saw every editor, blogger, and buyer in attendance Twitpic-ing and/or gushing about how amazing the "Erin" lace-up wedge sandals are, so you might want to see about placing your order sooner than later. Consider yourself warned.
