Before summer comes to a close, PAPER and Ray-Ban are throwing a concert featuring reigning pop princess Ke$ha and Baltimore MC Rye Rye, both of whom grace the pages of our triple-cover summer music issue. Throw in arty partiers Spank, and you've got yourself a PAPER extravaganza.
