We've been spending our weekends in Palm Springs as of late, and were happy to have been in town Sunday to watch O.G. Batman Adam West, receive a star on the Palm Springs Walk of Stars.  He shares the honorwith 328 other Hollywood Icons including Bobe Hope, Ginger Rogers,Marilyn Monroe, Sophia Loren, Elvis Presley among others.  Ifthe only caped crusader you seem to remember is Christian Bale, think again. West has done voice overs in more contemporaryshows such as the Simpsons, Family Guy, Animaniacs, Johnny Bravo and Spongebob.  His career has spanned over 50years and has likely seeped into your subconscious in some way or another, most likelyself-inflicted.
