1. Miami art collective Friends With You is opening a "flagship boutique" during Basel/Miami at 3930 NE Second Avenue, Suite 202.  They invite you to "Shop Happy" in their new design district location starting December 1, 6 to 9 p.m.

2. The Brooklyn Flea is coming to Manhattan from Friday, November 27 to Thursday, December 24.  The holiday market will feature over 50 vendors in the old Tower Records Annex on the corner of East Fourth Street and Lafayette.
