1. Music collab of the year? Current PAPERcover artists The Ting Tings are working with Jay-Z on their secondalbum. The duo have apparently been signed to his Roc Nation label forNorth America. 

2. Stop by The Prompt (77 Delancey St.) over the weekend.  Thispop-up space or "conceptual social club" is only open from 8 to 11 p.m.through Sunday, November 15. Curated by Sarina Basta and MichaelPortnoy as part of Performa 09, it will include "conversation pieces, rules, performances andsoundtracks."

4. The SCOPE art fair runs in Miami's Wynwood neighborhood fromDecember 2 to 6 and there's a little preview next week (November 18, 8- 10 p.m.) at 900 Biscayne Blvd., Miami. Multi-media artists"Sweatshoppe" (Bruno Levy and Blake Shaw) will be on hand with films, stop motioncameras and a drum machine that "redefines images in 3D space."
