There are parties and celebrations and blowouts and shebangs and soirees and then there was PAPER'S 25th anniversary extravaganza held last night at the New York Public Library. We had the uptown, downtown and the in-between-town rocking out to The Virgins and DJ Mark Ronson; romping to the rapping of Queen Latifah; and screaming, laughing, and at points even crying as the iconic Liza Minnelli sang "And the World Goes Round" and "New York, New York."
