Perennial PAPER favorite Anna Sui is coming to a Target near you. After launching its Designer Collaborations series with Alexander McQueen, the trendy retailer has tapped the trendy designer to produce a collection that goes on sale in September. Sui told WWD that she took inspiration from the four main characters of Gossip Girl for her collection. Which is perfect.
