Author Jill Kargman told PAPERMAG that this is her favorite book that she's written so far, and her husband Harry told us she sold this book with that title way back in 2005. I asked the obvious question -- "Was she privileged with "insider'' information" and his answer was she just knew that ''excess'' going on would have to crash! Judging by the long line of Kargman friends and fans waiting for to have their copies signed, there is no doubt that this will be the book on the plans, trains and Jitneys all summer long.
