Southern California is home to many beautiful things, like year-round warm beaches, suntans, laid back attitudes, and, of course, people. One place to find all the hotties is at the Action Sports Retail convention in San Diego, where I found the booths overflowing with cuties sporting amazing smiles, drool-worthy bodies and intriguing personalities. Here are a few ASR babes that I came across, in no particular order:

ALYSSA - With her gorgeous hypnotic eyes, she can get you to do what ever you want. However, since she works at Oakley, she's keeps her peeps covered with a pair of Frogs sunglasses.

KATIE WALLACE - Motocross, attitude, tight tanktops, and a soft smile are a few of the things that pop into my head when I think of Katie. And she's just one of the many hot girls over at Fox Racing!

IDA - As the newest member to the DC Shoes marketing team, this girl knows everyone, from athletes to fashionistas, on the east and west coast. Everyone melts when they see her smile. So keep on smiling Ida -- the world needs it!

JESSE FAEN & ROSS GARRETT - I was unbelievably lucky to land two of the hottest guys ASR in the same photo. Jesse Faen (right) is the man over at INSIGHT in the US. Ross Garret, President of Media for Airborne, is the silent master mind behind several industry leading magazines, like FOAM. Jackpot!

AMANDA KNOST - This woman is oozing with style and personality. What a perfect fit with Sabre. Did I mention that beauty runs in the family? Her talented (and handsome) brother, Alex Knost, is a PAPER Beautiful Person alum.

BRYAN - Here is a guy who can carry on intelligent conversations about racing bikes and art, and he looks hot doing it. Who wouldn't want to buy from this top sales rep at Alpinestars?

KELLEY - I'm truly in love with this Canadian sweetheart. Amazingly clear skin, soft sensual eyes, a cute hair cut, award winning personality and part of the innovative women's snowboarding company Nakita... need I say more?

JESSICA - Jessica has the best tan ever, the longest legs (but not supermodel scary) and smells like heaven. I found her during one of our market meeting at Ezekiel, and I literally stopped our meeting to take her photo.

SHELLY - She has her hands full as a creative director over at O'Neil, but she still finds time to have perfectly styled hair matched with equally perfect outfits.

TROY - Everyone who works with him, and I would imagine anyone who meets him, falls in love with Troy from Volcom. I can't explain it. That's just how it goes.
