Dude! Hey, brah. Bro! Brosef, listen to me man. You've got to check this out. It's this new show on MTV, Bromance with Brody Jenner. It's on every Monday on MTV at 9 p.m. Dude, it's so funny. These guys are all competing to be his bro. They all live in a house together. If they win, they get to chill with Brody and live in his sick apartment in L.A. There is so much bromotion going on. They have bro-b-ques and hang out with hot chicks. It's like a brodeo in that house. The show is pure broetry. Let's go play Wii golf.

So why did you decide you needed a new bro?
You can never have too many friends. I have a very core group of friends that I trust, and I just thought this show was a hilarious idea. Some people don't get it and some people do. I love the title. It almost crosses the line with the whole gay thing. There is nothing gay about bromance. If anything, it makes you more masculine. This show is a hilarious idea, and no one [in reality television] has dealt with male friendship. What it takes to have a true bromance. You're willing to share everything.

What brotacular events will we see the rest of season?
Brotacular! I like that, I'm going to steal that. Well, I can't give too many things away, but at the end is another huge surprise for the winner besides living in my apartment. Coming up, I create a blue jean line…but there is a very, very funny thing that happens with me and creating the jean line. It's in episode five.

Do you, Sleazy T and Frankie come up with the challenges yourselves?
Yeah we do. I had a big part in creating them. I'm also an executive producer for the show. It's been really fun to come up with all these ideas like the 'Can Fessional', [a confessional camera in the bathroom.] People think I've lost my mind, but I love shocking people. No one expected me coming off The Hills to do a show like this. I love showing the side of me that's more than Lauren's shoulder to cry on.

Name the three most important qualities of a bro.
Loyalty is number one. Somebody you can trust completely, someone who gets along with your friends. You have to respect their opinion if they don't like a guy. Also, you need somebody who fits in and gets along with your family. Mom's gotta approve. I'm a big mama's boy. Also, a bro has got to bring something to the table. That's a huge thing as well. One thing I can't stand is when guys just do whatever you want. Sleazy T and Frankie, they all do their own thing.

What has been your longest bromance to date?
I've got to say the one bro I keep the most contact with still is a guy named Brad Stanley. He's in Malibu, and he's like my older brother as well. My Malibu friends, they didn't understand what I did [moving to L.A.]. I've always lived by the "work hard play hard" mentality. I wanted to spread my wings and get out a little bit. But at least once a week I get a call from Brad.

There have already been so many tears shed by the bros. Did you expect the guys to show so much bromotion?
To be honest, no. I didn't know what to expect. In meeting the guys, they are all really cool. All have characteristics I'm intrigued by. I didn't expect all the tears. All these guys were crying, and it just got really deep. For me, I couldn't help but to feel bad for some of these guys. I was very shocked. When they sat down and were asked the question "why are you here," these guys broke down. They're not used to having friends they can open up to like that.

Historically, what do you feel are some of the most timeless bromances?
Definitely the Rat Pack. That's a huge one. Those are some bromances there. Also, The Three Stooges.

How important is the wingman potential in a bro?
You gotta have a wingman. Someone who has your back, right or wrong. I don't know if you've ever cheated on a boyfriend or girlfriend, but a true wingman will let you know that you're wrong, but they will have your back regardless. That's what a true friend really is.

So, a blonde a brunette and a redhead walk into a bar…
Walk straight up to them and be like, "what up?" I haven't really ever found myself attracted to complete redheads. I've been a blonde or a brunette guy. Now I have a beautiful girlfriend I love so it wouldn't matter. But you know what I did hear? I heard that redheads have the most sex. I heard that on the news this morning. It kind of made me think.

Will there be another season?
I would do 20 seasons of Bromance. No one knew what to expect with the show so the budgets were low, but if we get a season two… if you think this is crazy, you have no idea. We have a million more ideas. I would love to do another season.
