When we heard that actor Daniel Franzese was headed out to Sundance, and that he would be armed with an iPhone, we asked him to document the madness for us, diary-style. He graciously obliged, and you can see the fruits of his labor in the gallery above. For those not in the know, Franzese has been a friend of PAPERMAG ever since being deemed a Beautiful Person back in 2002 for his portrayal of Derek Dsvirko in Larry Clark's Bully. He has gone onto act in many other films inlcuding Mean Girls, Party Monster and one of this year's Sundance favorites, Noah Bushel's neo-noir drama The Missing Person starring Oscar nominated Michael Shannon and Oscar winner Amy Ryan. He can next be seen in the gritty prison drama In Northwood or you can check out one of the many art shows he curates at the World of Wonder Storefront Gallery in Hollywood, CA.
