Anyone know what's up with this big ol' bench on Houston and Suffolk Streets? According to amNY, "A spokesman for the Department of Transportation said the agency is investigating."
We wonder if that bench outside of American Apparel is somehow involved....

My guess is that it's Leon Reid - a street artist known for hijacking lamp posts and other metal street paraphernalia, bending them in his workshop, and then reinstalling them on the street. I'd put money on it... check it out at http://www.leonthe4th.com
